My goal is to help you re-imagine your life. With extensive experience in being a certified life coach with ICF accreditation and a vast history of client success, my individualized positivity approach will help you attain your goals. There truly is nothing more rewarding then watching my client's growth and success. I watch my clients come in on day one lost, emotional, withdrawn, scared, broken, and confused. When I can sit with them after weeks or months of work and providing a safe place for them, I have the blessing of seeing them shine, smile, thrive, know their worth, and love who they are. I am a Christian life coach as well and can pray and walk with you in your journey of faith as God plays a huge role in my everyday life.

As a professionally certified life coach with ICF accreditation, trained and experienced life coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self. I will walk with you in every part of your journey, helping you create self-worth, drawing healthy boundaries, finding your voice and ultimately becoming your best self. The person you dream of becoming. You may not know how to get there, I will work with you to find that YOU, you dream of becoming. I know it's possible because I was once you. With some clients that have a strong faith or are curious to learn more about their faith, I am also a Christian life Coach ready to help and offer a safe place to learn more about living a life that is positive and healthy.

Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist. The ONLY thing that would change confidentiality would be if self harm or an illegal action were threatened by the client. Safety for each client is a top priority.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
Counselors and Coaches provide solutions to get you closer to the person you want to be. Counselors can diagnose mental health issues and focus on the "why" of the problem. Coaches will want to hear of your past, but will walk with you to help create "Forward Focused Goals." Coaches want to help you find your reason, purpose and identity if you have lost it. Both Coaches and Counselors want to help their clients live a healthy life mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
My heart is people. EVERYONE has a story, young or mature. I work with children, teens, families, couples and individuals.
My code of ethics and privacy are a huge point of safety and trust for each of my clients no matter the age. What I share with the parents during the intake call is that what their child shares is confidential. I will share if the child client gives me permission to share or wants to invite the parent(s) in after a session to share an overview. The only time I will share direct information with the parent(s) is if the child threatens to hurt themself, another or has done something illegal.
